It’s been a long time and both feji and I have come up with a long list of In-n-Out creations we want to try, but at the top of our list for the longest has been an In-n-Out Monte Cristo. After researching a few recipes for the batter, I landed on one that seemed pretty straight-forward and we decided that all we needed to do was add some ham/canadian bacon to the burger before battering and frying.
So, without further ado, the MontIn CristOut – a standard In-n-Out burger with canadian bacon, battered, deep fried, and topped with a light dusting of powdered sugar.
