So here we go again. This time, after some epic spring rolls a couple weeks ago before we made In-n-Out-ioli, we decided, the only logical thing to do was to make In-n-Out spring rolls. Unfortunately, due to time constraints, all we could get were wonton wrappers, but we still fashioned them into spring rolls shapes (for the most part).
The fillings were:
- In-n-Out – blended meat, grilled onions, and pickles. Some garnished with cheese and peppers. Some with spread added inside.
- Regular “spring roll” mix – chicken, cabbage, onion, carrots.
- A mix of In-n-Out and regular spring roll mix.
- Relish and cheese
